Bring your notes with you

Keep writing where you already write. DM Kit syncs the notes you choose into Notes Memory, one way, so Lore Keeper and every tool can use them.

How syncing works

One way, by your choice

  1. You choose

Pick the folders, notes or Docs you want in DM Kit. Anything you do not pick stays where it is.

  2. DM Kit copies the text

Your notes land in Notes Memory as read-only copies. Edit them at the source and sync again.

  3. Every tool uses them

Lore Keeper, Quiz Creator and the other tools work from your own campaign notes.

Questions

Integration questions

Which apps can I sync my D&D notes from?

Obsidian, with the free DM Kit Sync plugin, and Google Drive, with Google Docs you pick. More connectors are planned.

Does syncing change my original notes?

No. Every connector is one way: DM Kit reads the notes you choose and never writes back to Obsidian or Google Drive.

Do I need a paid plan?

No. Syncing is free on both plans and counts toward your Notes Memory allowance.

Can Lore Keeper use my synced notes?

Yes. Synced notes live in Notes Memory, and Lore Keeper answers from them and shows its sources.
